What's your favourite group? What style of music inspires you?

I've collected over 400 music CD titles over the past few years. I prefer to listen to a whole album of an artist, than 'mix tapes'. That gives me a more overall idea of what they were trying to do as a band/group at that particular time in their career.

I have about 20 gig of songs and albums on my other PC. Everything from Mika and Kate Perry through to WASP, Scott Henderson, Steve Vai, John Coltrane, Satriani, Brett Garsed, Scott Stapp, 80's metal, Nickelback, etc... heaps of different styles.
